Stephen Goldstein CBE DL is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the commercial property industry. Pursuing a career in surveying, he started his firm specialising in commercial property and is credited with commencing the redevelopment of St Paul's Square and much of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. Stephen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a joint venture with Ansells Brewery, creating fun pubs in Birmingham.

With a keen interest in joint ventures and private equity, Stephen was involved in a management buyout of 29 golf courses and 6 hotels in France, funded by Duke Street Private Equity.

Aside from his business ventures, Stephen is passionate about giving back to the community and has done extensive volunteer work with various charities, especially those working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. He founded Mad Hatters Children's Charity and has worked with the Variety Club and The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. As well as this, Stephen is currently Chairman of Trustees of the Lord Mayor of Birmingham's Charity Trust.

A proud resident of the West Midlands, Stephen is passionate about inward investment for the region with the intention of helping Birmingham fulfil its potential as the Second City of the UK.
